Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Proposal Content
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the high-volume proposal process, ensuring timely and
high-quality submissions
Review incoming RFPs, assess due dates, and allocate projects
effectively
Manage and mentor a team of remote Proposal Managers, fostering a
collaborative culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in English, communications,
or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including five
years in proposal, marketing, or sales content development
At least three years of management experience, preferably in RFP
team management
Association of Proposal Management (APMP) certification and Shipley
training required
Experience working in high-volume proposal environments with
minimal customization
