Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee bind-to-invoice projects from initiation to completion,
ensuring timely and successful delivery
Manage complex financial validation and approval workflows,
ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather
requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial project management,
preferably within the insurance industry
Proven experience in managing financial and brokerage compensation
projects
In-depth understanding of financial accounting flows and
reconciliation processes
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
preferred
