Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead finance operations
and ensure compliance while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate financial statements, conduct account
analysis, and manage budgets and forecasting
Oversee finance operations and collaborate with external
accountants and team members across various locations
Implement internal control processes and serve as the primary
contact during audits to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business
Administration, or International Management (CPA or CA
preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a multinational company in controlling,
cost accounting, or as a business analyst
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with Xero, SAP, Stripe, and Ramp is a plus
Proactive approach with a self-reliant personality and a passion
for learning and success
