Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Photo Editor who will
support the editorial team in sourcing and licensing images.
Key Responsibilities
Source images from various agencies and ensure compliance with
licensing agreements
Obtain permissions for photo usage from photographers and rights
holders
Maintain organized records of licensing agreements and ensure image
quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in photo research, licensing, or
editorial photo editing
Familiarity with stock/wire image services and rights management
best practices
Ability to manage multiple photo requests under tight deadlines
Knowledge of real estate, business, or lifestyle media is a
plus
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom for minor image
adjustments
