Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Behavioral Health
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of clinical site managers and remote managers to
ensure excellent patient care
Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based
treatment plans and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated and
comprehensive care for patients
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health
Counseling, or a related field
PA/VA license to practice psychotherapy with ongoing continuing
education
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership
role in a behavioral health setting
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and best practices in
psychotherapy
Experience working with children and adolescents
