Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Design Manager who will lead the
content strategy within the UX team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX content strategists
Manage project planning, staffing, and execution for timely content
delivery
Define and implement a unified content strategy for user
engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years in user experience design or content strategy, with 1-2
years in a managerial role
A robust portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and user-centered
design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, and content management
systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism,
Marketing, or related field
Experience in workshop facilitation and team alignment
