A company is looking for a Manager, Grant Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor grant administration staff, managing
onboarding and performance reviews
Oversee workflow and delegate tasks among team members to ensure
efficient grant administration
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training
materials for staff
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional grant administration experience or 5+
years of supervisory experience in a research setting
Proven supervisory or management experience is required
Extensive knowledge of federal and non-federal funding agency
guidelines
Ability to manage high volume and complex workloads
Experience with various award mechanisms, including grants and
contracts
