Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in
Retail Banking Interior Refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects,
including planning, design, construction, and closeout
Work with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resources,
cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification
Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet
objectives, budget, and schedule while tracking project
progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience;
combination of experience and education considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Ability to perform complex financial calculations
