Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Sr. Project
Manager - IT/OT Security).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their
needs are met throughout project execution
Oversee service delivery, including planning, implementation, and
monitoring of IT and OT technology projects
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while tracking
performance metrics related to service delivery and client
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/OT service delivery for
client-facing projects
Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, or a related
field preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Deep understanding of IT and OT technologies, including networking
and cybersecurity
Prior experience working in federally regulated environments
