Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchandise Project Manager to lead
the execution of merchandise development from concept to
delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise development, including
ideation, sampling, production, and optimization
Source materials that meet sustainability standards and negotiate
contracts with vendors
Oversee quality control and ensure a positive customer experience
from prototype to final delivery
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in merchandise development, project
management, or product operations
Deep understanding of sustainable and ethical sourcing and
production
Experience working with designers, 3PLs, and international
vendors
Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and
high-quality execution
