- Monitors hospital-wide quality.
- Conducts daily and post discharge reviews of potential
Harms/HACs.
- Conducts mortality reviews.
- Site administrator for VPS, Comet and Quality Net.
- Fiscally responsible for accurate representation of medical
severity of illness. Impacts Value Based Purchasing.
- Data collection and submission to CMS, Joint Commission and
Leapfrog.
- Analyze data to recognize areas in programs for process
improvement.
- Exemplifies and is committed to the mission and values of the

- Adheres to the Code of Conduct and Service Excellence
expectations of the organization.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Minimum
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree is required. Graduate of a School of Nursing
program. Bachelor's degree and Master's degree is preferred.
- Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license
required. NM GN permit to practice acceptable for 90 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) is required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
is required.
- Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) is preferred.
- ACLS is required for all areas where moderate sedation is
performed.
- New Hires/Transfers: Requires that BLS certification must be
obtained within 90 days of employment and 1 year for ACLS.
- If currently certified, must maintain current certification.
Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of
Memorial Medical Center.
- Experience in an acute care facility preferred.EEOC
