A company is looking for a Healthcare Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while
providing necessary instructions and information
Handle inbound calls and manage patient inquiries regarding
appointments and procedures
Document patient information and ensure compliance with scheduling
protocols and insurance requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a
healthcare setting
Ability to use technology tools for research and customer
inquiries
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
