Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Center Triage RN - Weekend
Day.
Key Responsibilities
Directs callers to the appropriate level of care and provides
healthcare advice using assessment skills and approved
protocols
Facilitates coordination of care across settings for a designated
population, ensuring completion of labs, studies, and referrals
Serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital
staff, and prepares documentation of medical information
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
5 years of experience in clinical acute care nursing and 2 years of
previous hospital experience
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and
triage protocols
