Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for strategic physician roles
Develop innovative recruitment strategies and conduct thorough
candidate assessments
Build relationships with key stakeholders and track recruitment
metrics for optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
2+ years of experience in physician recruiting and the healthcare
industry
Proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians and
meeting recruitment goals
Strong understanding of physician compensation models and contract
negotiations
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other
recruitment technologies
