Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospital ENT and Radiology AR
Follow-up Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review outstanding ENT insurance balances to resolve issues
preventing claim payment
Analyze trend data to recommend solutions for improving denial
rates and reducing AR age
Understand payer contracts and ensure claims are processed
correctly
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Hospital ENT AR and Medical Billing experience
Experience with EMR systems: ModMed, CSPI, and Quadax
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and VA claims
Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT codes, and denial
codes
Strong technology skills, particularly in Excel and data entry
