Job Description:

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner based in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
Deliver medication-assisted recovery and coordinate care with the Care Team
Participate in administrative tasks including meetings and chart note completion

Required Qualifications

Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
