Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in
Retail Banking Interior Refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects,
including planning, design, construction, and closeout
Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, resource
requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control
Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet
objectives, budget, and schedule while tracking project
progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience;
a combination of education and experience may be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
