Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Corporate Recruiter to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, developing
strategies and building relationships with hiring managers and
candidates
Mentor and oversee a team of 3 Customer Service and Claims
Operations recruiters
Attract top talent across various teams, focusing on Executive
level roles while ensuring legal compliance and professional
standards
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment; a mix
of agency and corporate recruiting is a plus
3+ years of experience overseeing enterprise projects
Knowledge of and experience with an Applicant Tracking System;
Workday and/or Rippling preferred
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for diverse
roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
