Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Tester to provide
functional and technical analysis and testing for a large-scale IT
system.
Key Responsibilities
Write test plans and test critical eligibility applications
Participate in JAD discussions and review design documents to
understand testing requirements
Document defects and collaborate with the team to ensure fixes are
correctly applied
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a
related field or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio)
Experience in defining business needs and gathering/documenting
requirements
Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
