Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support customers' configuration and development objectives in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and actionable insights
Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics
Optimize system performance and ensure PA solutions are scalable and efficient

Required Qualifications

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including configuring indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards
Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis
Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to track KPIs and business objectives
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and integration of PA with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
