Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Technology Service
Management Specialist - ServiceNow Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into
technical specifications
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, including applications
and workflows
Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot
ServiceNow issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Experience with ServiceNow application development and integrations
using REST and SOAP
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management and
Change Management
Experience in scripting with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and
AngularJS
