Job Description:

A company is looking for an Experienced Contact Center Developer with Twilio.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using Twilio
Integrate Twilio with other platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Azure Communications Services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center solutions

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Contact Center Developer with expertise in Twilio
Strong knowledge of Twilio APIs and services
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure Communications Services is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
