Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements and
commercial contracts
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitor
changes in clinical trial legislation
Collaborate with internal teams and provide legal training
regarding contract terms and compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited institution
Qualification to practice law in the United States with admission
to the bar of at least one state
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-focused commercial
agreements or related legal roles
Law firm and/or healthcare in-house experience required
Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract
management
