pWe are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and well-organized course environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in the golf or hospitality industry./p

pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p

ul
liGreet and assist golfers in the pro shop, on the course, and during events./li
liProvide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere./li
liHelp golfers with equipment rentals, tee time bookings, and general inquiries./li
liAssist the Director of Golf with golf lessons, clinics, and group programs for players of all skill levels at the discretion of the D.O.I./li
liMonitor the course and enforce golf rules and etiquette to maintain a positive experience for all players./li
liAssist the Director of Tournaments with golf tournaments, events, and outings, providing support as needed./li
liHelp manage the day-to-day operations of the pro shop, including inventory, merchandising, and sales./li
liEnsure the shop is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Assist with retail sales, promotions, and customer transactions at the discretion of the Merchandiser./li
liCoordinate with the Systems Manager to ensure there is congruency between Sonoma Ranch amp; Red Hawk with all operations, training, and services./li
liAssist with the promotion of golf programs and events. Help maintain social media and marketing efforts to attract new players and enhance the courses visibility./li
liProvide administrative support to the Head Golf Professional, including scheduling, record-keeping, and report generation. Handle phone calls, emails, and bookings as necessary./li
liCollaborate with the course maintenance team to ensure the course is in top condition for play./li
liHelp monitor course conditions, pace of play, and player behavior to ensure a positive golfing experience./li
