Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support
Representative to provide customer assistance and resolve issues
related to bankruptcy inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries regarding bankruptcy treatment on
their accounts through phone and offline correspondence
Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle inquiries
from customers or attorneys via email and mail
Calculate pre-petition credits and create statements of account for
proof of claim filing
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate multiple computer windows and tabs while
assisting customers over the phone
