pWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Sonoma Ranch Golf Course. The Golf Course Superintendent will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and improvement of the golf course grounds, ensuring a high standard of playability, aesthetics, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and a passion for creating an exceptional golfing experience./p

listrongTurf Management:/strongOversee the maintenance of fairways, greens, tees, roughs, and other areas to ensure optimal playing conditions. Develop and implement turf care programs, including fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control./li
listrongStaff Supervision:/strongLead, train, and supervise a team of groundskeepers and maintenance staff. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard./li
listrongBudget and Inventory Management:/strongDevelop and manage the golf course maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, and order materials as needed./li
listrongEnvironmental Sustainability:/strongEnsure adherence to environmental best practices, including the responsible use of pesticides and fertilizers, waste management, and maintaining natural habitats around the course./li
listrongCustomer Service:/strongAddress any concerns from golfers regarding course conditions and work proactively to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner./li
