Job Description:

A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities

Admit new patients and complete all necessary admissions paperwork
Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments
Identify patient needs and provide solutions while maintaining compliance

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service
Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in healthcare and knowledge of insurances is a plus
