    • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
      
    • Licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in applicable state (NM)
      
    • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
      
    • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.
      
    • PTA with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. -
      
    • Additional certifications may be required.
