Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Expert, Content
Projects to oversee content initiatives and ensure alignment with
client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee content solutions projects from inception to completion,
ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards
Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating efforts across
writers, internal content teams, and design teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
related to content solutions programs
Required Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of experience managing content marketing programs for
agencies, media, or demand generation companies
Familiarity with basic content creation processes and previous
experience with writers and editors is preferred
Exceptional customer relationship management skills
Organized and disciplined with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
