Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Advise customers on software usage and assist during their trial period
Track customer interactions and communicate feedback to relevant teams

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
Ability to work 9am-6pm PST
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Growth mentality and self-motivated approach to learning
Familiarity with technology, including web and mobile applications
