Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Expert, Content
Projects (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee content solutions projects from inception to completion,
ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards
Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating efforts across
writers, internal content teams, content administrators, and design
teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
related to content solutions programs
Required Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of experience managing content marketing programs for
agencies, media, or demand gen companies
Familiar with basic content creation processes, such as manuscript
creation and design and layout
Exceptional customer relationship management skills
Organized and disciplined with the ability to meet and stay ahead
of deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
