Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support
Representative to provide customer assistance regarding bankruptcy
inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on
their accounts
Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle inquiries
from customers or attorneys
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and accurately document all
collection activities
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Ability to engage on the phone throughout the shift with minimal
distractions
