Job Description:
A company is looking for a Timecard Coordinator to join their
team of professionals providing healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for the timekeeping system and assist
in resolving sensitive requests
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of Time & Attendance records
for all employees
Provide training, support, and follow-up for field staff regarding
timekeeping processes and inquiries
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or similar
roles
Associate's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred
Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and meet
critical deadlines
Strong multitasking abilities for planning and organizing
details
Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems, with
Deltek/Costpoint experience preferred
