Job Description:
A company is looking for a Guest Experience Representative
(Seasonal Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer support requests via email and
live chat
Respond to tickets in a timely manner and prioritize tasks
efficiently
Communicate with guests and hotel partners regarding requests and
issues
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience managing multiple online platforms in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to adapt and respond to different personalities with a
positive demeanor
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Use of personal equipment including a computer and internet
connection
