Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Services Coder.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing patient charts for correct ICD-10 and CPT code
assignment
Analyzing records for documentation insufficiencies and providing
feedback
Keying patient charges into IDX and maintaining quality and
production standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and physician
billing
Proficiency in ICD-10 diagnostic coding and CPT procedural
coding
Minimum two (2) years of medical coding experience preferred
CPC, RHIT, or CCS certification preferred
