Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Advocate Lead responsible for
managing complex claims and providing policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage claims status and coordinate with various parties to
facilitate the claims process
Partner with client legal counsel on coverage, claims, and
settlement strategies
Prepare and analyze loss valuations and provide adequate
coverage/policy interpretation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in brokerage or
carrier roles
Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred
Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
In-depth knowledge of commonly encountered P&C insurance
coverage and Risk Management concepts
