Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for clients experiencing issues with
various technologies including Microsoft O365, Windows, Cisco, and
mobile devices
Resolve or escalate issues in accordance with clients' Service
Level Agreements while maintaining professional communication
Document issues thoroughly and stay updated on advances in
technology
Required Qualifications
Two years of related experience in Help Desk or network support
preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices (iPhone
and Android)
Familiarity with Cisco network technology and major operating
systems
Basic end user administration experience, including network and
account maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
