Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Support the configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules
to meet client requirements
Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate
them into Workday configuration solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to
clients, ensuring smooth integration and implementation of Workday
solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Workday implementer certification(s) required
Workday HCM Certification (Core HCM, Talent, or other related
modules)
Strong understanding of Workday's HCM modules, including Core HR,
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and data
validation
Knowledge of Workday integrations and experience working with
integration teams is a plus
