Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a 100%
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate client issues by analyzing symptoms and finding root
causes
Provide level 1 technical support and maintain client
communications
Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery
of procedures and scripts
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience in a structured IT Support environment
3+ years' experience in Customer Service roles
1+ CompTIA certifications required
Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business
applications
Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
