Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst to develop and
manage vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate complex vendor agreements to achieve favorable business
outcomes
Review vendor contracts for compliance with company policies and
coordinate contract reviews across departments
Monitor vendor performance and mediate disputes regarding contract
and service level issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of similar experience
Six (6) years' experience in contracting and negotiations
For Senior Contract Analyst: Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years'
experience in contracting for complex projects
Advanced knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
strategies
Experience with contract management tools and financial
concepts
