Description:Alamo Auto supply is currently hiring a Customer
Service Representative who has a minimum of one year of
cashier/customer service-related experience required or equivalent
combination of education and experience.Compensation and

Purpose of Position:As part of the front desk team, the Customer
Service Representative is responsible for maintaining outstanding
customer service as per Company standards, processing cash register
transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently, and safeguarding
company assetsPrimary Roles:
- Will Call functions
- Cashiering
- Service desk functions
- Phone answering
- Provide positive customer service experience

Requirements:Requirements:The minimum qualifications listed below
are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary
for an individual to perform each essential function
satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
- High School diploma/GED with a minimum of one year of
cashier/customer service-related experience required or equivalent
combination of education and experience
- Valid Standard Driver License preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Displays integrity

- Proficient with computer skills - Microsoft Office, Internet,
electronic calendar and e-mail
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills

telephone etiquette
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Ability to quickly learn and understand our products and
services

Responsibility:This position does not have supervisory

ensuring company success. Responsible for all safety aspects of the
companyWork Environment:While performing the duties of this job,
the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles,
moving mechanical parts and vibration, with some outdoor exposure
during the workday. The noise level in the work environment can be
loud. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers
and phone/radio equipment, standard equipment such as hand tools,
forklifts, cherry pickers, and box cutters. The employee is
occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditionsPhysical
