Responsibilities
Promote brand awareness by offering
additional products and services to meet customer needsPromote the
highest standards of ethical and professional conduct through
demonstrated individual performanceExperience upselling/increasing
customer benefits/rebuttal/save the sale/conversion metricsAbility
to proactively address customer needs in a timely mannerMaturity
and a hunger for success requiredAbility adapt and adjust to change
in a positive mannerCompetitive attitude and drive for results
while showing motivation and a demonstrated passion for the
brandPerform other related duties and assignments as required and
as assigned by supervisor or other managementThrive as a team

Must be at least 18 years oldHigh
school diploma or GED requiredMinimum requirement of intermediate
Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)6
months experience in customer service preferredTyping speed of 25
WPM requiredStrong verbal, listening and written communications
skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
requiredExcellent attendance history is requiredMust pass mandatory
background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug
tests and credit check
