Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent in De Pere,
WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them
into qualified leads and sales
Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current or
new products and services
Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while maintaining
compliance with product requirements
Required Qualifications:
No prior insurance license required; support provided to obtain
necessary state licenses
Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is
mandatory
Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience
goals
Must maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product
certification
Flexibility to work full-time with potential rotational weekend
shifts
