Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Service Engineer
responsible for delivering high-quality technical services to
customers throughout the implementation process and providing
ongoing technical support post-deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data migrations, imports, and mappings
Manage integrations with SSO systems and conduct data cleansing &
analysis
Develop custom solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience
through technical support
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role focusing on data
migrations and ETL processes
Technical proficiency in system support and integration
services
Hands-on experience in data manipulation, including analysis and
cleansing
Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, CSV, XML, and JSON for data
processing
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team
collaboration
