Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to
manage a portfolio of accounts and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Prevent risk and drive growth through customer engagement and value
delivery
Achieve financial targets and maintain a rolling forecast of the
territory
Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk
mitigation strategies for key accounts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account
Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of
meeting performance indicators
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Contract negotiation skills with a successful history of completing
deals on time
Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
