Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor contracting processes, including reviewing and
negotiating legal terms in vendor agreements
Build and maintain contracting playbooks, templates, and a
contracts repository to scale the legal function
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement request
approvals and support process optimization projects
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience,
preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Demonstrated experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting
commercial contracts
Experience working with AI vendors and understanding legal and
compliance considerations
Ability to execute and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment
High integrity, excellent judgment, and strong
relationship-building skills across functional teams
