pThe strongBartender/strong will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, and ensuring they have a world-class experience while at the Sunset Grill./p

pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p

ul
liKnowledgeable about the menu, prices, and mixology./li
liStocks bar and completes other pre-opening requirements./li
liPrepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes./li
liSkilled at slowing and refusing alcoholic beverage service when necessary./li
liCleans bar and completes other pre-closing requirements./li
liCompletes time and tip sheets accurately daily./li
liCarefully follows all laws and club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverage service/li

pstrongQualifications:/strong/p

ul
liHigh school diploma or GED./li
liOne year or more experience with bartending./li
liMust be 21 years of age or older./li
liNew Mexico alcohol amp; gaming server certification./li
liFood safety certification./li
liMust possess valid drivers license./li
liRequired to stand for long periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach./li
liPush, pull or lift up to 50 pounds./li
liContinuous repetitive motions./li
liWork in hot, humid and noisy environment./li
liAbility to work late evenings and early mornings./li
