A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and guidance related to financial services
and healthcare regulatory compliance
Manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensuring compliance with
legal requirements
Collaborate with various business units to address legal issues and
support business objectives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree
5+ years of legal experience, preferably in financial services and
health insurance
Experience with regulatory agencies in financial services and/or
healthcare
Knowledge of US and state legal requirements related to financial
services and healthcare
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed
environment
