Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to
join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to evaluate mortgage options and needs
Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
Utilize technology to qualify borrowers for various loan
programs
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years
preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with all licensing
requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
