Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide
technical support for government client systems.
Key Responsibilities
Remotely investigate incidents submitted through the incident
management system or Service Desk phone queue
Analyze issues, categorize their severity, and determine urgency
for resolution
Escalate incidents to additional support groups if unable to
resolve them according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Training, certification, and/or degree in Electrical Engineering,
Electrical Systems, or related field
Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work
independently
Willingness to work on-call shifts (evenings and weekends) on a
rotational basis
Current passport and eligibility to travel between the US and
Canada
